"Check in was good, hotel room was very basic, and needed some updates, doors scratched up needing repainted, stains on the bedskirt, curtains and lounge chair..stayed 3 nights, did not have housekeeping come in the room but when we went to ask for extra towels were told that they have a towel shortage...swimming area was nice but trees surrounding area were loosing leaves into the pools and hot tub....no continental breakfast, had small items to individually purchase. "

"The report was really wonderful. The location was walkable to shopping and dining. The rooms were very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative was that the jacuzzi was dirty. Like pretty disgusting…..mold was all over the tiles and when you lean back it got all over you. Other than that we had a great stay."
