"All the space was really clean the only inconvenient was the check in .. they only had like 2 persons at 5 pm at the front desk lobby .. so it took a while …. And then our door knob start failing so they had to replace the whole thing and when I reported it took forever for the concierge to pick up the call and then they never sent someone until we had to go to the Lobby and report it again … besides that everything was great with the suite "

"Check in to our room was delayed by over 2 hours and I had to bring our bags up without any help from the bellman. No communication about when the room would be ready. I had to take the initiative to check in for timing of our room to be ready. Children had to change in the valet area into their bathing suits."
