"I stayed in this apartment for three nights. The apartment is in an apartment block with residential housing. The neighbours were quite noisy. Getting the keys was convoluted. The apartment was basic and run down. Facilities were very basic. The bed in the main bedroom seemed like a king size and was comfortable but too short for me. The smaller bedroom also had a short single bed. There was bath gel in the bathroom but nothing else."

"When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. The second room did not have all the above problems but the air con was not cold even at the most minimum temperature. In the morning when we wanted to use the iron, the iron board stand was...
