"It is a great place to stay if you need to go to Kintex convention center. I had a little accident (accidentally tripped and fell) in my room, staff was very nice in helping me to get medical help…..One drawback about this hotel is it is kind of far from the city. The metro station at Kintx is still under construction. The closest metro station is about 15 minutes walking."

"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"I would consider staying again only under the following circumstances 1) if their aircon service is operational or 2) if during the times when it isn't, it is cold enough outside to cool the room through the small window opening. Hotel is conveniently located between Mapo (nearer) and Gongdeog station. There's a good chain cafe below and many eating options nearby. Room is effiiciently laid out and there's the provision of a self laundry, water dispenser, microwave, ice maker for common use. Would consider staying again. "
