"The yacht is amazing and our room was fabulous, and the staff were brilliant. However the self service breakfast wasnt great when it came to cooked items. The food was warm when i expected a hot breakfast. I've stayed in other establishment's with self serve breakfasts and never encounteref this problem. Then we had a problem with the lifts. One wasnt working and then other would not come down to 1st floor, only manageing to make it to quayside. My wife had to walk up to the 3rd floor reception...

"Excellent, great transport links, loads of good restaurants, the hotel itself is perfect all you could need with some great tech bits too. The staff are lovely, friendly & helpful especially Maria who’s amazing 😻 would highly recommend."

"Great bargain level type place, sort of Travelodge level, just you don’t get tea making in your room, it’s no problem for the staff, but you have to go to reception and ask them for a cuppa. All in all not bad"

"The male receptionist who checked us in yesterday (we arrived around 5) and who then took our order for dinner later on was really impressive, so professional and friendly - I didn't catch his name but he should definitely be commended. All of the waiting staff were also very good. We picked the hotel purely for its location but were very pleased indeed with the hotel experience overall having not stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for many years. Thank you."

"This was a pleasant well kept hotel and within a 7 minute walk to the TFL. It has secure parking and good Wifi. Showers are decent, and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely use again. If I had one complaint, it would be the breakfast. There is no option of bacon on the menu. (found that odd), and the coffee is instant. if you can live with that, I would Recommend. "

"The place is an absolute steal at that price. Was dreading it to be honest because it was ridiculously cheap but all 4 off is were very well surprised. Staff were helpful (even though we couldn't get extra pillows). We didn't eat breakfast but at that price, it doesn't matter. Only 10 minute walk to the station and less than an hour to all the major attractions in London. For people on a budget this place is an absolute must. Anyone slating this place needs to remember how little they paid...

"The room was exceptional, stylish hotel and convenient location. Fantastic bed and bathroom. Huge window too which is always nice, though the window was dirty. Some sort of club on ground floor which made it very loud in the lobby but couldn’t be heard from the rooms. No separation from lifts and rooms, my door was right opposite the lift doors so there was some disturbance in early hours. Check in seemed very slow."

"I had parking ticket issued when park at front of the hotel, staff had no help to share even though i was loading lugggae. so be careful not to park on pavement if no drive is available."

"We stayed in this hotel over the thanksgiving hotel. We arrived early but were not able to get an early check in, however, they held our bags and let us take a load off in the relaxation room in the spa. We had the family superior room and it was amazing. We had our own space but still were together in adjoining rooms. With the door open, we could speak across the rooms and go back and forth as we pleased. It was great for getting ready in the morning because we didn’t have to fight over the bathroom because we each had our own. This hotel is in a great area on the southbank and we were able to walk along the Thames to the various food vendors. There were taxis stationed out front at all times when you were ready to leave (except Sunday when we had to leave early for the airport) and also the hotel was close to the metro. Beautiful hotel with accommodating staff. Would stay here again. "
