"Great stay! Other than having to have the room key reprogrammed it was good. The receptionist was a bit rude when we had to have our key card reprogrammed as if we were an inconvenience. However the lady at check in was amazing!!! "

A great hotel for a great place, our 2nd visit!

"We stayed one night during the Christmas holiday. This was our second stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and nicely kept. Parking might be a slight issue if you arrive late. The parking lot can be a bit tight to maneuver. Our room was nice and clean. The only change would be to increase the shower size. The shower stall was small. "

The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg

"We stayed in a partial view room which had a lovely view of the mountains. The hotel itself was nice and fun for the whole family. The food was decent from the restaurants on site and were extremely convenient for us if you ignore how expensive it was. The hotel is only like a 2min drive from the attractions but the trolly picks up at the hotel so you don’t have to drive anywhere. The pool was awesome for the kids, however be prepared to scrape your knees on the bottom of the pool if you use the slide. The water is only 3.5ft at the bottom of the slide so my kids ended up with scraped knees and elbows. There is a part of the pool that is 5ft so I don’t really understand why the slide dumps in to the shallow end. I’d also suggest that you hold on tight to your belongings because the hotels process of lost and found seems to be extremely disconnected between departments. We dropped my daughter’s jacket at check in and it was turned in to the receptionist. However, the hotel can’t seem to locate the jacket. It was below 30 degrees while we were there so that was extremely inconvenient. Especially because I know that they have the jacket. Other than that, overall our experience was satisfactory and we would definitely stay here again. "
