"The hotel was clean and staff were good. Comfortable and clean room, location was great close to transport,easy walking to shops and restaurants. It was right on the waterfront, view was lovely. We stayed for 8 nights, it was perfect. We also had stayed at this hotel before, so it was a repeat stay."

"Very happy to stay at this hotel. I have no complaints to anything. If I need to say one negative that would be the toilet cover there doesn’t enable soft have soft closure so every time you will need more efforts to close avoid noise or broken!"

"Was glad to make it to the hotel close to midnight on check in day as the city was affected by adverse weather with many flights cancelled. Had a pleasant surprise from the hotel with a room upgrade during check in. With the hotel conveniently located next to Langham Place mall and Mong Kok mtr station, we sheltered from the wet and windy conditions outside and no lacking of food choices with the many restaurants available. The room was well kept and clean though a bit dated with the decor and lack of USB charging points. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the good sound proofing allows a quiet rest."
