"Called to ask if we could store our luggage until checkin time was asked how we booked then told off for not booking direct and via a third party amongst other complaints about not booking direct with them then told too busy and nowhere to store luggage despite website stating can store luggage. "Well equipped self contained unit. Patio overlooks the park, lagoon and boardwalk. Ideal for guests without a car. The train and central bus stop is walkable. "

"We stayed here for two nights, home is beautiful, owners are lovely. We rented the second story and had heaps of privacy. The ground level had another apartment or 2, a beautiful swimming pool with a pair of friendly doggies joining in for a swim and play, but if you don't like dogs they are happy to remove them from the common area. "Attending an event at Cairns Convention Centre and Il Centro is a comfortable short walk to this venue at very reasonable price. Reading previous reviews the Reception person has a typical NQ sense of humour that is not always appreciated by all guests - but he is still very helpful and informative."

"The accommodation was very spacious. The resort was lovely, however it is not called the Horizons Nine Pool Resort which was confusing when you get dropped off at the address and the property name is Cairns One. The only negative was the tv remote in the lounge was missing and it took 3 days for anyone to confirm where it was. Otherwise great location, amazing facility. I would recommend. "
