"The staff and the service was great. Aleksandar bartender was exceptional and the server Naum was very professional and respectful with great attitude. The receptionist Ivam was so nice and went above and beyond to check us in. I believe also his name was Ognen he helped with the luggage and showed us the room with every single detail. Natali brought a coffee from Room Service and she was also very nice and polite. Everything was great. I would recommend 9/10. "

"Although parking was advertised as onsite, due to recent construction you can not actually drive up to the hotel, but are directed to park in a nearby parking garage which is a 7 minute walk away (with luggage). And then you must pay for your parking yourself, although in the end it only came to 1100 MKD for 2 nights. The front desk staff were friendly, cheerful & helpful. A special shout out to our fellow Canadian, who recently move to Skopje to rediscover her family roots, Elena!"

"Dancho was a great host, very easy to contact and really helpful and accommodating! We landed hours before check in and he let us put our bags somewhere safe whilst the cleaners prepared our room. The apartment was gorgeous, in a central location and Skopje itself was incredible. I would only ever stay here if I came back to Skopje in the future!"
