"The staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good . The location 12 min from Sintra. I did not like the fact that we had no control over the heating system, it was cold , and I could not turn up the heating. The staff told us it was controlled by management . Internet was a bit slow . 😊 "

"When you stay at a castle or palace in Europe, you want to feel the history. This palace gives you a great feel! Room is wonderfully comfortable, and after you arrive and clean up, you can stroll the well-apointed and preserved rooms and hallways. We did not try the restaurant for dinner as we wanted to try places in town, but the breakfast was stellar.
