"Arm, Mark and Wine were beyond an amazing staff. Breakfast was excellent even when an early start for the day was needed, everything would be packaged up in a togo package. They handled all of transportation needed for visiting all the wonderful places in Bangkok. Not to mention all the special touches like noticed my birthday date on my passport and surprising me with cake or the special afternoon tea they set up. "My GF and I had a nice stay here. They have a great breakfast buffet which is vey affordable and has many many items to enjoy. The stay was friendly and helpful. They arranged a visit for us to the Elephant Village. Which was affordable and came with a private driver. However, DO NOTGO TO THE ELEPHANT VILLAGE. There was severe abuse to the elephants and there were many emancipated animals in there small zoo. Was heartbreaking to see. The hotel experienceother than that. Was very good."
