"Staff were great"

"The rooms were spotless and the staff was so nice. The wait lines were a bit long and I would not recommend taking their feee shuttle to the airport. It’s a much much longer walk to the terminals than they said it would be. Take an Uber instead. "

"Mixed review. On the plus side: large, spacious room and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Close to the airport and cafes etc. On the minus side: noisy. Busy road. Also can hear guests walking about in room above our heads late at night. No plug for sink, but since the sink drained slowly it was not a problem. Spa did not work. Toilet flushing mechanism needs replacing. Light above bathroom mirror not working. "

"Attractive hotel, great facilities, had dinner & breakfast which were both of high standard. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only small complaint was that bed mattress was too soft for us. Airport service bus calls every 20 minutes which is a very handy service. Certainly recommend this hotel."
