"We had a blast in Alaska, minus the abnormal winter snowfall-what can you do! The apartment was perfect for us, very well stocked, and comfortable. Girdwood is such a cute community!"

If you are a light sleeper check if there are small children next door for VRBO. Neighbors can be heard from living room. But I didn’t notice it from bedroom. "I stayed in an apartment in the upper level of this complex in October. The apartment interior is lovely, clean, and spacious. It was easy to access, and I received excellent instructions for gaining entry and for checking out. It is not, however, especially well-insulated for sound (lots of noise from neighboring apartment with baby crying and high-pitched metallic squeal coming from neighboring residence on windier days, someone running a power drill at 11:30 pm). "It was a nice set up with 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, decent living area, and kitchen easy to cook in. We were also thankful for a garage to park in. There is also a creek nearby that we could hike too. Good proximity to Kincaid park, and downtown. "

"This is a great location that is close to everything! The property is retro-cool in a historical building. The Cookery, my favorite restaurant in Seward, is pretty much across the street, and the SeaLife Center is just around the corner. The trail along the water is just a couple of blocks away. The owner was super easy to communicate with, and it all made for a great saty! Thanks! "

"This is a solid spot. It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub in the middle of the room is super unique. The couch could stand to be replaced as it’s lost most of its cushion but everything else about the unit was great."

"I stayed here for three days. It was conveniently located within 1.5 miles of my seminars. The host was very responsive to any questions that I had. Cost was better than competitive. Was so happy that I went with a VRBO when I listened to the complaints of other attendees who stayed in hotels. Will be staying here the next time I have to stay in Anchorage."

"I had so much trouble with the vrbo app on my phone. The Vrbo app didn't appear to log my booking on either the app or the website so I didn't have access to my reservation. Every time I clicked on the link from my email, it would take me to the vrbo site with an error messagte. I explained this in an email to the property managers but they just kept sending me a link to vrbo which I stated was not working. "Every possible thing a guest could need was provided! This is exceptional. Our stay was fantastic, and the steam shower was an unexpected WOW! The space is comfortable, clean, and very doable for two couples. We were greeted warmly and communication was very smooth and timely. We would stay again!!"

"It was a nice place to stay for a few days before moving to Washington. It was conveniently located. No complaints, except someone checked to see if the front door was locked while I was there. It was a shock but I'm pretty sure it was just the owner making sure that I had the door locked or at least that's what I told myself."

"First of all the house was stocked with everything you could need and more. Everything was very clean the outside property grounds provided you with a beautiful fire pit plenty of dry, split wood and even a horse in the adjoining property for the kids to pet. The layout of the home gave everyone enough privacy to have their own space while providing a common area where everyone could come together in a way that was not crowded.
