"To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...

"Very beautiful property, nice location, everything we needed! Love that's it's adult only, it was very quiet. The only complaint is that there was no coffee. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee or filters for it. We get up early and didn't like having to wait til 8 to get coffee. Everything else was perfect and we will stay again if/when we're in the area! Free parking too!"

"Great place in a very convenient location! Pull out couch isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world, but it sleeps. Super clean, super easy check in (was even able to get in early) and a great price! "

"This was a really great find. Comfortable beds, close to beach and easy access back to the airport. Only issue was a lot of animal hair was left behind, but easy fix with the vacuum. If we return for vacation we’ll stay again! "

"The property was clean new and no issues, beds were comfortable, the cons were there was no toaster, no big pot to make a family pasta dinner, just small pots, only 5 keurigs of coffee that didn’t even give my husband and I two cups a piece, and I didn’t really like that we only had one towel and facecloth per person, so we had to reuse everything the next night. "Clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was the lockbox. It took us 1/2 hour to open because the button is worn down so bad. They should get a new one. It was so frustrating. Otherwise the time house was perfect"

"The mansion is very unique with plenty of historical architecture and decor. The current owner continues to invest in the property to ensure that it’s well maintained and he’s made some obvious improvements. (HVAC, electrical, etc)We met briefly and he very accommodating and respectful. The beds are all very comfortable and the place is clean! "

"This property is in a great location- walking distance to the beach, dining and shopping. The owners are great to work with too."

"The good: convenient location, quiet, bed was comfortable, the little patio in the back is nice. The bad: there is no “on site’ parking but we always found parking on the street about a block away, The communication with property manager was a bit strange, she accused us of still being inside the unit a full day after we had check out on time, despite texting her to tell her we had left (an hour before check out)"

"This was a very smooth, perfect 5 night visit. The property offered us everything that we could need. It was a short drive to Duval St and all of the activities in Key West yet the property was very peaceful with a wonderful waterfront patio that we sat out on and enjoyed. The hot tub was a nice treat as well. I have to mention the incredible responsiveness of the property manager. Every question that I had they responded to within minutes which was very much appreciated. "

"We visited this property for an extended weekend over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival we encountered a minor setback with a missing bathroom mirror, however, the property management company was very responsive and had someone on site to replace on Thanksgiving day AND without hesitation. Overall, the property was in a great location and as described. They even included Keurig cups for coffee.I appreciate the level of cleanliness and response time!"

"We always stay at this location when available. There’s another one at the rear of the property and it was a good spot but we’re spoiled by this one. We’ve stayed here so much it is almost like a second home. It’s well appointed, the shower is huge and the place is cozy and has the lived in feel to it. There’s plenty of basics in the kitchen, full size fridge and stove, the bed is outstanding and adjustable, and there’s even beach chairs to use while staying. Marilyn is a great host and super...

"The house is clean and comfortable. We had a very small issue and the owner took care ofit immediately. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after fleeing the cold north. The kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is fenced which was nice for our dog. If in Cape Coral again we would definitely rent "
