"My husband and I loved our stay at Cheeca Lodge and Spa. The staff was very friendly. We liked the amenities the resort offered. We took advantage of the shuttle to restaurants. Definitely would recommend! "

"Pink Shell is a wonderful resort! Noisy due to the construction surrounding the resort. I expected rooms to be cleaner and or be cleaned daily. 7 days and our room was never cleaned. Just fresh towels. "

"Was great for a resort. Onsite restaurants have great food and amazing views. Contstant piped in music (all throughout the resort— on the beaches, the pools, the walkways, etc) was a downside but they might be par for the course on a resort. Biggest downside was that there is no hot tub on the premises. This might change as some of the resort is still under construction. Biggest upside is the amazing views and the wonderful staff. Everyone was not only polite, but helpful, and friendly. "

Our last night of 2024 at Hyatt Miami

"We stayed the last night of 2024 with a City and river view balcony but door was a fixed glass and cannot be open. The opening and closing of the bridge beep was too much to hear for that evening,..we took time to get to sleep due to the constant beep sound."
