"This place was wonderful! Such nice decor, everything was comfy, we wish it could be our summer home! Although it was way too cold to enjoy the deck, it was so nice. Probably the best private rental we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood had everything you'd need nearby and the ubers were cheap to the convention center. Easy to check in, it was great!"

The kids loved it, as did my wife and I. Would absolutely recommend this property. "Stay was excellent. Condition of the apartment was super nice with the only exception that there is very limited parking space. The space in front is limited to only 2 hours of parking. The only way you could park is to walk about 5 minutes down the block. Overall besides the parking issues, the place was nice and clean! "

"This property is excellent for a fun-loving group with plenty of entertainment options and 4 rooms with a total of 10 beds (1 king, 5 doubles and 4 twins) to accommodate a large gathering of friends and family. The rental price was very reasonable, but I found the fees, taxes and property damage insurance to be a bit high (adding another 160% above the rental fee). The request for a substantial hold on my credit card to cover potential damages was especially concerning, so I added the property...
