"Such a lovely space during our stay in NYC! There was an abundance of supplies for any needs we had (towels, cleaning items, utensils, etc). The space was clean and was so comfortable for 3 people. Location was amazing as the train was less than 5 min away from the place. Also, there’s lots of food, grocery stores, and bodegas nearby that made it easy to get any snacks/food or any other household things. Communication was easy with host. Would very much stay again if I’m in NYC!"

"This is a convenient location near the Chinatown area. The accommodations are modest. There is a bed, couch, and coffee table. This is an excellent, no frills, sleeping arrangement. The host was friendly and helpful. The outside of the complex appears worn but the inside is clean. Outside noise can be a factor so consider earplugs. I would stay here again. "

The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway, local bars, and many good eats. Host Liron and his assistant, Rain was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had a great experience. "For starters, finding a place for 10 people for this rate isn't easy, so all said, this is a great find for a larger group. Its an older place, beat up, but thats too be expected. Bottom line for all 10 of us: - Beds were comfy - AC is working, so nice to have. We needed it. - Location is great. 20 - 30 min walk to everything. - Host communicated very well with us - Everything worked, no issues. - Shower was hot Its a good deal if your a large group."

"This fourth floor walk up is a colourful and convenient location, right by the subway and WholeFoods. The property has character, including quite steep uneven steps to it. Given the proximity to Lenox Ave expect some noise in the roadside room. The check-process could have been smoother with the wrong address listed, the owner not accepting calls and / or being very responsive on text. Relying on the friendly people sitting on the doorstep to let you in, added to the excitement! It would be...
