"Great location and awesome hotel with great service!"

"As seasoned travellers, we have never had a better experience than we just did at the Lebua. The check in experience was second to none. We were provided with an early check in while enjoying a drink and a cool cloth. We were escorted to our room and personally shown all the amenities in our club room. Every staff member we interacted with during our 4 day stay was outstanding!! The breakfast buffet had the best selection we have ever seen and everything sampled was delicious. The food in the club lounge during light bites and tea time were fabulous as well. The room was extremely clean and we enjoyed the turn down service each evening. The location of the hotel is awesome - a ten minute walk to the ferry/BTS station. We will definitely be staying here again when we make it back to Thailand. "

"Banyan continues to be my favorite hotel during my stays in Bangkok. The staff operates in a level above and beyond other local hotels. They are professional, helpful, and pleasant. They really make a customer feel welcome. The food is also phenomenal. I’m not a breakfast person but I kept going to the buffet because of the quality of the selection. It’s healthy and delicious! The hotel’s best amenity remains the spa and the aromatherapy used throughout the stay. They continually change the fragrances in the room, which helps the guest relax. My only qualm remains the long walk to the local dining areas, but you get what you pay for especially with Banyan. The quality is definitely 5 star."

"If you want 5 star hotel then you must pay 5 star prices. This is not a 5 star hotel but is good value for money. Hotel is not modern but clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay at reasonable rates"
