"I really enjoyed our stay at Royal Palace hotel in Hanoi, the staff were so friendly couldn't do enough to make our stay a memorable experience. The location of our hotel was central and close to fabulous restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this 5 star hotel for your holiday. "

"We love this property for its location and connectivity to Terminal 21 mall and subway station. There is no better location than this in bangkok, and we have stayed here a few times. Awesome amenities, rooftop garden and pool, plus tennis courts, mini golf etc. kids had a great time. However, no bar at the pool area! Lots of room configurations available for adults and families! Highly recommend it! "

"This is a beautiful classic style hotel. The service is excellent and food is good too. Unfortunately, there are no power points next to the bed. And the master switch does not provide an option to leave individual lights on. Overall it offers a wonderful experience. "

"Excellent hotel, spacious rooms and bathroom, very clean and beds very comfortable. Helpful staff. Shame about the queue for a table for the buffet breakfast after about 8am, but once in, the breakfast is very good with many chefs and lots of Asian options. Great location right next to 3 malls and Promenade MRT."
