"Staffs were helpful and accommodating. The hotel was lovely and close to establishments. Wish there were more elevators because there were times the wait time was long and there were lots of guests waiting for their turn. The shower needed some improvement.. water leaked at the bottom of the shower door and accumulated puddle of water "

"First time staying, it was conveniently located to the event we were attending. Easy in Easy out, valet was good, we took lyfts from the hotel, easy. restaurant on the 2nd floor had really good food and cocktails. Room was comfortable, we did get two double beds instead of a King, but that was not the hotel's fault, I selected any available. Our room was a little noisy due to the interstate proximaty, but not bad. A/C was nice and cold. My only complaint on the room was the bathroom was on...
