"Basically a new build with a basement suite designed and built for short-term rental. Accommodating 6 in 3 rooms with en suites and a compact common area, it's a great homebase to stay with a group. It's in a nice residential area but you probably need a vehicle to make it work."

"It was located near our friends, a 5 min drive away. They went to look for the property in advance but could not find it, nor could I see it on Google Earth. It was only when we received the host's message on the 11th July that we realised that the house number was not that advertised.
