"Door to return from the pool wouldn’t own using room key. Pool was full of leaves and not heated. Staff is very welcoming and very understanding."

"Hotel cleanliness, staff and location were great. Parking is terrible for trucks. We were also there for Valentine's and paid a lot for 4 chocolates and a very poor bottle of Prosecco. Add ons were not worth it."

"We enjoyed our one night stay for Valentine’s Day. The staff were friendly and kind. The hot tub was a plus and so nice to sit in while it was snowing. We were a little bummed with the breakfast because we went down at 6:15 and it wasn’t quite setup yet. Also the bar wasn’t open at 9:30 so we did not get to enjoy a night cap which is fine because I think there was a technical issue with the register. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back soon. "
