"The room is larger than it looks on the photo. Our family of 4 has a lot of space to move about and even a living room /dining area. The location is walkable distance from Kyoto Station but do prepare a walk for a bit, but it's also quiet, good for resting after a day of touring /shopping."

"enjoyed the interaction of guest house culture, its quite surprised to charge all amenities. The location was excellent which was only 3 - 4 mins to JR kyoto station. Cleanliness was good. The only thing need to improve is- the full english name from expedia was different/ unclear from the name plated signal at the entrance, it took me another 10 mins to figure out the hotel location. Anyways its a good experience to stay at guest house in kyoto"

"It’s a lovely japenese style guest house that gives you the full Nihong go experience. Not to far from Kyoto station and many little restaurants. It’s also very close to Nishihongwanji Temple which I think is beautiful and other temples. You’ve got a laundrymat at 7 mins by foot and a Presco (little supermarket). The staff was fabulous. "All the facilities were nice. The only problem I had is the noises other guests made while I staying in the hostel. It has thin wall between the rooms, I awakened in the middle of the night because the other guests were talking in the next room."
