"Wonderful stay at the hotel which is directly across from the central station and bus terminal. There is also a metro stop with all lines so perfect location for travelling around the city. The hotel is huge and beautifully decorated. We had a room with an internal balcony but heard no noise during our stay. The staff even allowed us to check in early as rooms were available. We spent a couple of hours in the spa which had amazing facilities and beautifully decorated. Would totally recommend the hotel and the city!!"

"Nice restaurant and bar attached to lobby. Attractive decor. Fabulous breakfast, with option to eat upstairs by fireplace. Friendly professional staff. Only negative was heavily perfumed automatic room spray in lobby, which triggered my asthma"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was so helpful and stored our luggage until our room was ready. The room was amazing - spacious, clean, well supplied. Breakfast was delicious - the house was so kind and the food was amazing. We loved everything about our stay. "

"Room very small but offered all the comforts plus a beautiful sky view. Very clean. The only weird thing, that I didn't understand, was all lactose free at the breakfast. I would have preferred a yoghurt with his " fermenti lattici vivi ". Smiling was an effort for the staff but available anyway."
