"The apartment was clean and organized. Was very impressed with finishes and furniture. I get why there was a beach chair with the unit, as I never figured out how to arrange for the resort chairs. The balcony overlooking the pool also had a peak at the gulf and was super sunny late in the afternoon. The staff was polite and professional at all times. Quieter than the neighboring resorts, so perfect for relaxing!"

"Sue worked very hard on restoring this property after the hurricanes. It was beautiful on the inside. It was very spacous with all new furnishings. The location is within walking distance to the beach, food, drinks, and shopping. The only downside was having to leave. We cannot recommend this place enough."

"Very cute place. Nice job on renovations. Only negatives I have are there was no traditional oven, only micro/convection. Pillows definitely need replacing and blackout drapes in bedroom would be nice. Lovely view of gulf from 9th floor however second elevator was out of service my entire stay. Also, way too many keys to use (front door/elevator/condo door). Overall I’d stay here again but wouldn’t recommend for two persons as condo is very small. "

"The unit is clean, well decorated and has all the necessities. Right on the sand. Enjoyed having coffee on the rocking chairs in the morning. Manasota key is one of the most beautiful areas in southwest Florida. The recovery from the hurricane is underway. It’s amazing that this unit is in such great condition.!
