"We chose a mountain view room & had a wonderful view of the mountains. Nigel was great, he gave us good advice & was fun to talk to. Location was good - a short walk to Katoomba main street. The hotel had an outdoor veranda where you could have a drink & take in the amazing views."

"We stayed in the loft apartment since we were only 2 people. There are only stairs so you have to take your bag upstairs but it wasn't too bad. It had a great patio and a small kitchen with everything you need included. It had a frig, microwave, dishes, toaster, etc. Easy parking right outside the door. Great communication when checking in which gave us all the details we needed. Very nice large bathroom also. Walking trail was close by and we had good weather so we could use the trail to get to a park."

"Rooms (221 & 219) were large and clean. Bedding was comfortable and enjoyed a good couple of nights sleep. Coffee & Food was excellent although pricey (this is typical in any Accor facility to offset their Accor Club dining discounts). Staff were excellent (long suffering)from front of house to restaurant and housekeeping. Be prepared for pandemonium during the weekend with kids and tired or entitled parents. Huge range of activites (indoor/outdoor pools, taboggan, ice rink, gym, kids train etc) both at the hotel and nearby. Resort showing some signs of getting tired but overall still a good 4 star standard."
