"A pleasure to stay. The communication between property and I was excellent prior to arrival, checked in with Stephen and he was polite and added to he friendliness of Ireland. A walk away are restaurants coffee shops and pubs. It’s a very safe part of Dublin and our room was nice and very clean. I would stay there again. Good value for your euro."

The location is quieter, not around much, but transit station is walkable and easy to figure out
If you’re so inclined-Dublin City Centre is a good 25 minute walk, maybe 30.

"My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Dublin. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious and the overall vibe and style of the hotel was eclectic and fun! It is a great location that is quiet but very walkable being just a couple of blocks off the river.
I appreciate the "lean luxury" concept and their conscientiousness to the planet. As with many European hotels, the rooms and bathrooms can be a bit small but that is the charm of Europe and something Americans need to learn to adjust their expectations on.
Also, I loved learning that the bar next to the hotel is a hidden spot where some very famous people have frequented (i.e. Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran...)!!!"
"My friend and I had a wonderful week at the Dublin Horse Show and Billy’s place was great! The first night we both slept 10 hours - that’s how comfortable the beds are.We walked (or took the bus) to the show @ RDS everyday, walked into Dublin proper (O’Connell St area), and drove to Dalkey to jump in the sea at Forty Foot, and back down later for dinner. We loved the cottage, the location and the history of it all so much. Billy is a perfect host with quick friendly communication, and we’d stay there again in a heartbeat."
"We stayed for 2 nights. It was very busy. Checked in at the self service desk - very handy! Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. But reception took immediate action. We didn’t move rooms until the next day. Gerry was exceptional in her customer service & kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & made use of the Luas outside the door. The breakfasts were lovely as was our evening meal. Thank you"
"There’s not a ton to do around the property, so be prepared to walk a bit. Close to the EPIC museum. But the hotel was clean, modern, and had air conditioning. "
"I’m not aware of the property around the hotel. We had an over night before flying out. Checking in & out was quick. Room clean & quiet staff friendly. "
