"Had a lovely stay in the standard room the view was lovely overlooking the dock. The bedroom was cold but there was a plug in radiator so it soon warmed up. The bed was lovely and comfortable had to search for the kettle so we could have a tea in the morning ( enough room on the top to leave it out) The bathroom was a bit dated and could do with refurb. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. "

"The Yotel is in a fantastic position with Farrington Underground station only about 250 metres away. There are also heaps of bus stops within 100 metres, even though I never used the buses. Everywhere I needed or wanted to go to were only a few stops away on the tube. "This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Great location, short walk from Aldgate East Station. With good links into London. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. "I requested a quiet room from the very beginning, away from the elevator and external noise. They placed us in the room closest to the elevator (room 314) and we heard a squeaking noise non stop when in the room. It sounded like furniture being moved in the room above us, but we finally figured out it was the elevator! This was extremely annoying and I think the hotel should address it for the sanity of their guests. "
