"Delicious breakfast was included in our stay with good service. Rooms were clean and bathroom and shower were excellent. Checked in before we got to the hotel and had no problems. Parking was a little tricky to find but a local helped us find free street parking just down a few hundred feet down from the hotel. "

"Beautiful property, clean warm and cozy in the winter snow! We came from Florida to ski in Grachen and Zermatt and the quaint villages and ski resorts did not disappoint. Also great communication from the owner and property manager. I don’t believe the property is hard to find if you’re from the area, but being from Florida it was quite a challenge finding it when we first arrived. It would have been easier for us to know to go up the road from the Niedergrachen bus stop and take the 2nd long...
