"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, that it's in Taiwan, where expectations of hotels is low makes that even more impressive! The hotel itself is on is Ita Thao side of Sun Moon lake, which in my opinion is the better side. We didn't like the Main side as much. "On the same street as Wyndham Sun Moon Lake, but cost 10x less. Good for 1-2nights stay. Clean place with private, lockable cabins, and very near the ITA Thao shopping street and pier. You can walk along the lake to the cable car station and the Nine Frogs Stack 九蛙疊像. Even though the opening hours of some food stores are quite unpredictable, there are plenty of options and two convenience stores around."

"Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily."
