"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. "Really great modern accommodation in the heart of the old town of Lucerne. Staying with 2 teenage kids in same room, just about fitted into the high bunks. Only negative was the one feather pillow which deflated to nothing once your head hit it, so better pillows is my only gripe. "
"Front desk is very friendly. walking distance to train station, restaurants and super market. Common eating area open during the day to have your own lunch or dinner. We really enjoyed the free coffee after a long day. Tasty breakfast with lot of options for everyone. Serving staff is very helpful. The hotel also held our bags free of charge after we checked out so that we can explore the city before leaving. Will definitely stay again."
"Nice and simple if you're just needing somewhere to sleep at night. Very clean and comfortable. The fridge being restocked daily for free (water, soda and beer) was an excellent touch, also some snacks on arrival.
Check in was very easy, I actually didn't see a single member of staff during my stay, they were definitely there, I just didn't see them since I was gone all day.
Location is excellent 15/20 mins walk from the main train station, or jump on the bus for 5 mins (city travel pass is included for free). I enjoyed walking along the lake to get into town. Highly recommend a visit to the top of Mount Pilatus! Overall a great place, I would stay again! "
