"The Quest Docklands is always my first choice, the rooms are really good and the Staff is so friendly! "

"The property was spacious and clean. It seemed to be appointed as an accessible room with wide doorways and a shower chair (not necessary for us). It is great to have a kitchenette but the crockery, pots and even some glasses were in very high cupboards. A chair was required to access these items which is ridiculous and unsafe. Please build some new storage where crockery, etc can be stored at an accessible height to fit with the other accessible features of the unit,"

"We were met at reception by the most customer service oriented person we have ever encountered, ever! His name was Shail ( I hope I speed his name correctly) He explained what to expect in great detail. He directed us to the indoor parking of the hotel. He explained the amenities of the hotel. He told us of the area, shops, restaurants, how to use the bus/tram. Every organization should have a Shail! Well done!"

"Travelling in a group of five and our flight home was cancelled after we arrived at the airport. We booked the Quest as it’s close(ish) to the airport and we needed somewhere for the night before a rescheduled flight the next morning. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which meant we could relax and debrief after a very stressful day. The apartment was very clean & comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful."
