"I only stayed here for 1 night but the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hostel is in a nice area not too far a walk from the many food place options but the street itself is quiet which was good when going to bed. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helped me to organise my bus for my journey the next day and escorted me to my taxi in the morning. I would recommend staying here and I will come back if I am ever back in Bangkok "

Customer Service I only interacted with the staff during check-in and breakfast. There were no issues—efficient and straightforward service. I didn’t not like the fact asking you to sign a checkin form and authorising to disclose your information for marketing etc… by ticking the boxes. That would be a major problem If someone doesn’t know English....
