"a nice hotel - Finding the parking is not easy and the parking cost - £20 per night - but there are plenty of spaces It is very very very difficult to determine which floor to get out of the elevator in order to access the hotel It would be a big improvement if there were some signs to guide you into the hotel from the car park"

Swimming pool, sauna etc.. was very nice and staff member was very helpful and friendly at the spa reception, lovely to have the robes and towels provided. Everything was walkable with everything on our doorstep. Lobby and bar area are quite stunning and lovely to relax in. We felt very safe and any questions we had were answered in a professional manner. "
