The sunrises, sunsets, the conversations on the deck, the fun times on the water, having thanksgiving dinner in a beautiful dining room with incredible views, the list could go on. This is our second time staying here, and we can't recommend this house and owner, Peter, enough. An absolute pleasure to work with Peter and his family. Thank you for the memories!"

"We had a lovely time! Communication from the owner was timely and helpful. We loved being right on the water while still being totally private with plenty of space for the dogs to romp around. The screened in porches were our favorite places to spend time and the house was incredibly spacious. We would love to enjoy it again in the future with more of our family and friends!"

"This was exactly what I was looking for. The Property is very private and the yard surrounding the house was huge. I found it comfortable and cozy. Randy was very accommodating and asked that you respected his property and clean up after yourself and your pets which is to be expected were I come from, a small ask. He had plenty to offer. The private dock and water access was perfect and being able to us his canoes and kayaks was a very nice extra. One of my favorite things was the very large screened in porch and a large outside shower to clean up. The second-floor bedrooms and bathroom were also very nice. We loved the decor and the antique bottle collection throughout the house. Pretty neat stuff. Randy was easy to contact and very helpful. This is a great place for a family get away and we will be back. Thanks for having us! "

If you are interested in a deeper exploration of this fascinating island, we highly recommend you stay here. The home was recently beautiful renovated and decorated, with pretty much every need met for in home meal preparation. I guarantee you will not need much else! We also highly recommend meal service offered, which will complete this amazing experience for you! P.S. the host was VERY responsive to my numerous questions, responding quickly and courteously!"

"We wanted a family vacation and looked for a place on Chesapeake Bay. My son and daughter found this place and we reserved it. The house is beautiful. Has everything one would want. The location is great although it’s a bit of a drive to anywhere. Our plan was to spend most of the time at the house and in the bay. However that didn’t happen. First the weather didn’t cooperate as it rained most of the week. In addition there was an invasion of jellyfish. They were terrible! My grandchildren were only able to get in the water once. It was a downer but we made the best of it and there was nothing the Host could have done as he doesn’t control the weather or jellyfish."
