"There were lots of ants in the room on the floor on the bed everywhere and they keep coming. The staff tried to clean it twice but after some time the ants keep coming, we had booked 2 rooms but ended up staying in one room. They didn't had any other twin room available. We had booked 4 nights but spent only 2 nights there. We raised it with expedia and the property agreed to return the 2 nights money"

"very quite and dreamy place.Staff are so helpful and friendly.There are 8 cottages in total going down the hill with jungle view,just remember many stairs to take if you are down the hill.We will come back for sure :) a bit far from ubud city but there is a free shuttle service twice a day,very close to rice fields.I recommend use their car service and driver for daily tour,fair price and very friendly."

"Logement propre et spacieux.Belle piscine. Très calme. Par contre ce ne sont pas des villas independantes (3 logements différents au même endroit). Situé à 20/30 mn d'Ubud. Il faut donc avoir un moyen de transport le plus répandu étant le scooter. Rapport qualité / prix correct mais l'on peut trouver mieux à Bali."

"The experience was totally amazing. We reached at 9pm and the villa made us an amazing dinner even though they weren't expecting us to eat a meal. They catered for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. The staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming and made our stay really comfortable. "We had a worst experience of staying in this so called villa in Bali. We are lucky that we had planned only one night stay there. It was so smelly, uncleaned,disgusting bathroom and without any privacy and basic facility. We haven't expected much in AUD 40/night but that is even higher rate for this kind of facility.Be careful, Guys!"
