Check in was poor. When we checked in we were asked if this was a third party reservation. Since it was, I feel we given a poor room location in the hotel up on the 15th floor at the very end of 2 long halls with a view of the pool. Our room key cards were not activated properly upon arrival so we went all the way to our room only to come all the way back to the registration desk, wait in line again for them to re-activate our room key cards. The shower in our room did not drain properly and the bathroom light stopped working on our second day there.

Very good overall experience. Not enough staff to help check in at check in time. I was not paying $30-$40 dollars to check in 30 minutes early at counter nor at self check in.
