"Spa and pool were cold. Disappointed that there are two Leonardo hotels with 1 word difference therefore friends ended up at a separate hotel. Rooms were hot and when you put on air conditioning it was extremely load. Opened the window but there was a train station platform almost directly out of our window therefore announcements made from early morning."
