"We had an incredible stay. The room was much larger than I expected. Very clean and the staff was awesome. The history of the hotel was very interesting. The hotel staff gives the kids a Top Secret mission at check in. My son loved searching the hotel for the answers. Also, the location was fantastic. Super close to food options, the Tube, Buckingham Palace and Parliament (just to name a few). I would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff are readily available and attentive. Upon check-in (we tried to check in at 3.30pm), we were advised that out room wasn’t ready due to previous occupants being late to vacate. The hotel added free breakfast fir all 3 guests. I am glad they did because breakfast was outstanding. We were able to access our room by 5pm. The hotel is lovely, food and wine selection is excellent. I used the gym which is v small and a disappointing for such a large hotel. The gym seemed to be an...
