"If you book the family room, be aware that there is a step right after you walk in. My elderly mother fell twice, hitting the bed as she landed on the floor. Aside from this, the breakfast is excellent and the location is great. "

"Room was basic but functional. We were up on the 7th floor overlooking the main road and noise wasn’t really an issue. The pod bathroom was a little strange but perfectly functional. Similar to other reviews thoughts the bed was firm, but not too bad. Close to the station and the RCP car park reduced cost was really useful."

"I travelled down to Brighton with some friends to take part in the Brighton 10k run on Sunday 17th November. The hotel is nice but located in an old building so parts of the hotel felt quite cold at times. However, the breakfast was nice and the location is great and central to everything near by!"

"Very old hotel , so not in pristine condition, but if it were it would lose its character. It’s the oldest hotel in Brighton. Very clean and the staff were lovely, particularly the young lady in the restaurant this morning (15/5). Will definitely be returning "
