"Overnight stay. Fire alarm went off 3 times and stopped quickly. 7am fire alarm went off and didn't stop. The whole hotel was evacuated. No members of staff were seen. Apparantely, it was a false alarm but after walking down 10 floors and back again it was not appreciated. Members of staff could have come to the stairs to tell everybody that we didn't need to evacuate the building. Evacuation procedure needs to looked at. "
