"They are very strict about the 3pm check in time. We came in from a bus before 3pm & they weren’t pleased. We came back at 2:50pm and they told us our room might not be ready as check in is at 3pm as they turned around and grabbed the key. Our room was beyond hot. We were in a hallway with no airflow close to the kitchen and it was awful— even with the fan blowing on us the entire night. The pool made the stay!! We were in there twice a day & loved it!!!! "
