The staff were lovely and the location is great for the price —- however, do not stay here if you want a comfortable bed, supportive pillows or big restroom. Our room was poorly ventilated and was super difficult to get to a reasonable temperature. I value these things in a hotel room so I will likely be paying more money to stay somewhere a little nicer the next time I’m in Shinjuku.

It was HOT, and TOASTY in there. Couldnt sleep with comforter and needed to take a cold shower. It was the winter.

Room was small but adequate. Well equiped bathroom facilities, delicious breakfast with 3 options of hotel restaurants, very helpful staff and a great area to stay and explore Tokyo. Would recommend this hotel!
