A private studio unit with everything you will want: kitchen, BBQ and pool, laundry facilities, the perfect queen size bed and a 65in Smart TV with Netflix, Prime and binge (+more streaming TV services than you could possibly need!).

When it comes to locations, it doesn't get much better. Situated within a short distance to the Country Bank Stadium (Go Cowboys), the Supercars, the Ross River walking and biking trails and a ten minute drive to the beautiful Strand Beach and ferries to tropical Magnetic Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our "2" stays. Jason & Jo-ann were fabulous hosts and we were treated like family from day one. Fruit, milk, bread and snacks were in the fridge when we arrived so we could just relax. Communal areas around the BBQ and pool were fantastic. From initial queries via message to departure of our stay, the hosts Jo-ann and Jason were amazing and very accomodating. We highly recommend The Good Place for a stay. Absolutley spotless, everything you could ask for was there for use, airfryer, bbq, outdoor big screen, sitting area, pool, the fridge was stocked with some basics like bread, proper milk, crumpets, jams, peanut butter, fruit and yoghurt. Thank you Jo and Jason for a lovely, clean, friendly place to stay. We have been travelling for 3 weeks and stayed in some upmarket places but yours has been the best place we have stayed in.
