"A really pleasant hotel close to lake Toya. The traditional Japanese room was excellent to experience and the onsen with its both indoor and outdoor baths were phenomenal. There were other amenities such as free bike rentals to take advantage of. The breakfast buffet offered here was superb and there were a few options for restaurants in the area to walk to in the evenings."

"Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!"

"2Fにバルコニーがあるとのことでしたが、そもそも2階への階段手前の扉に鍵がかかっていて行くことができませんでした。 また当日洞爺湖で行われていたイベントのせいもあり、目の前にある無料駐車場が全く使えませんでしたので、友人たちの車はかなり遠い場所へ駐車し、移動用に私のだけ家の前に駐車しました。 そうしましたら夜にスタッフの方？から「もしかしたら警察から注意があるかもしれない」とお電話がありました。その時にはもう飲酒しておりどうにもできなかったので、そのまま駐車し特に問題は起きませんでしたが、そもそも「駐車場あり」ではなく「駐車場なし」の物件になりますので、そこは修正してください。"
