"Picked this rental for a large group and the whole group had to help clean the complete outside of the property in order to have a small wedding ceremony. "This low-key setting, dark-sky setting was easy to access but felt remote. The stars were magnificent. We used Joe’s lower camping area, so come self-contained. There is a fire ring, plenty of wood around the property, a picnic table and porta potty. Great for when you want a reserved spot to semi-boondock. Joe was a great host and easy to communicate with—we enjoyed our stay for the annular solar eclipse."

Was very clean, spacious, easy to locate and in a great location among the beautiful bluffs and close access to many parks/sites.
