"My recent stay at Dash Living on Prat in Hong Kong's Tsim Sha Tsui district was a mixed experience, leading me to rate the property 4/5 stars. The hotel's location is exceptional, situated on Prat Avenue with easy access to dining, tourist attractions, and shopping. Public transportation is conveniently nearby, making exploration effortless. While the room and common areas were generally clean, housekeeping was limited to just once during my two-week stay. "House cleaning is OK, but has room for improvement. The roof-top terrace was part of the reason why we chose the hotel. But we were told we were ‘allowed’ to chill there that time. Otherwise it should be used only for guests that order drinks! We thought it’s for all hotel guests! A bit disappointed! "

"Apart from checking in was a nightmare, with guests waiting and luggage shuffled in any space within the reception area. Everything after that was smooth and enjoyable. Finally reached my room to unpack and relax. Later found that the location of the hotel is perfect and central to whether you want shopping or just plain good food from all around the world - Turkish to Korean to Japanese to good old local HK dim sums. 😋😋😅"
