"The hotel is beautiful, BUT we didn’t get the tour around the villa and the cleansing ceremony because of unknown reasons. It led to some confusion, ie, finding the restaurants and the activity spots. We missed one of our yoga class in the morning because it took too much time to find the proper place and some of the staff aren’t that helpful.
