They could have done better job at customer service especially at the buffet. Room didn’t get vacuumed. When sign was put to change sheets - they didn’t change it just made the bed. Food options could be better

Very beautiful resort. However, food and entertainment options are subpar at best. I was unfortunately disappointed. Nadia in the spa is THE BEST! If you stay here, get the platinum club, that’s where the food is good.

Swim out is the way to go the gym was top notch and The Reef was one of the hidden gem lunch spots. There was always something to do and the MJ show was great!
