"A staff personnel we're very polite respectful they saw to it we had everything we need and if there was something we didn't have they were there to see two that we got in it they went above and beyond and we really appreciate that they made our stay very comfortable they were very knowledgeable of everything around us we had a question they had an answer they sit right in the middle of everything whatever you needed or wanted to do it was within a block or two it was perfect for us we relaxed we had an enjoyable time the overall City and area was beautiful everyone was nice even the pedestrians and people who live there not once did we have any issues with anyone or anything in the hotel or outside San Francisco is a beautiful place and friendly place and we will be back we're going to before this hotel to everyone family and even strangers I want to thank them for making our trip perfect"

"Very nice hotel in tenderloin. Close to Powell BART and cable car turn around. My room was a single queen and was on the small side but very clean and comfortable. Nice pool and workout space. "

Regarding location, it’s close to union square, which is convenient if you’re a first-time visitor, but it’s on the edge of an area you don’t want to be in. We did not have any issues, but I wouldn't have wanted to be by myself in the area after dark."
